"Everything You Need is Already Inside."

Have you ever seen those amazing Nike Commercials? I'm obsessed. It's something about the perfect combination of music and video that gets me pumped up every time I watch.  I've included a link to my favorite commercial (it's the one titled "Courage.") I may have watched it 100 times on repeat.

I love the quote that starts the video: "Everything you need is already inside." 

It's a simple quote that motivates. A reminder that we are the ones in charge of making ourselves faster and stronger. We don't need to find something to make us better, we already have what it takes to be the best. Pretty Cool.
